Some of at least your evasion must reach 203 so mob attacks

Pure dex can increase evasion and critical attack. For pt players, want reach to fully evasion, first your evasion is 300 above not an easy way to reach it actually because by that is fully and can escape mob to attack too.
Attack maybe 30% low than STR rogue, but critical is higher than it too, you can add your evasion by wearing eq at least + 10 double evasion too, in some survey, 68 pure dex, can reach evasion 183, magical attack them also just one.
By wearing a 68lv earring+ 2, maybe can reach evasion 200.for new map like valley of fairy, some of at least your evasion must reach 203 so mob attack you just get 1.but 87lv by 193 evasions (if) also can already get that.
